Please have us explain German law to you in generally understandable English.
EU law is impacting many aspects of private and commercial dealing in the EU member states. Nowadays, international private law is harmonized through EU regulations so that in contractual and non-contractual civil and commercial matters identical rules determine which member state’s law applies in your individual case. Also the judicial cooperation within the EU provides for harmonized procedural rules allowing to easily assess where and how you can enforce your court order.
Martin Linne specialized in EU law during his university studies in Germany and Scotland already, followed by an internship at the EU Commission after his graduation. In his practice as lawyer, Martin Linne is constantly working in EU-law regulated matters.
Martin Linne is experienced in consulting international clients in cross-border sales and purchase transactions, licence matter, agency law as well as claims management and dispute resolution.
In his fifteen year work as an inhouse counsel for an international company group he dealt with international transactions (in the English language) on a daily basis.
In 2015 Martin Linne successfully participated in an international commercial law training (150 hours of studies, 15 hours of examination; Fachanwaltskurs Internationales Wirtschaftsrecht).
